ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. — An Orchard Park brewery is expanding to Ellicottville with a new location.
On Wednesday, Wayland Brewing made a post to its social media pages, writing:
"Cat’s out of the bag — Wayland is headed south for ski season! Happy to partner with our sister restaurant, West Rose, and open an après-ski taproom in their upstairs lounge. No better way to refuel from the slopes than with your favorite Wayland beers and Detroit style pizzas! PLUS — we’ve added a couple tvs for game day. Come check it out THIS WEEKEND - we’re opening for Fall Fest!"
Wayland first opened their doors to the community in the spring of 2023. They are a sister restaurant to another Orchard Park establishment, The Grange Outpost and The Grange Community Kitchen in Hamburg.
