BUFFALO, N.Y. — The University at Buffalo Foundation has received a handful of bids from developers to buy the Williams-Butler Mansion on Delaware Avenue.
The 21,000-square-foot building – at 672 Delaware Ave. at North Street – went out to bid earlier this summer. Final bids were submitted to the foundation earlier this month.
The foundation declined to identify the number of bidders, citing confidentiality clauses.
