WEST SENECA, N.Y. — U-Haul has purchased the former Twin Fair department store in West Seneca.
U-Haul, through its Amerco Real Estate Co. affiliate, paid $3.2 million for a 90,773-square-foot former department store and later Bank of America operations center at 2970 Transit Road. Amerco Real Estate bought the building and the 10.4 acres from LGP Capital Buffalo LLC of Monroe.
The deal closed Dec. 17 according to the brokers involved with the transaction.
