BUFFALO, N.Y. — Upgrades on Buffalo’s Outer Harbor, including the Bell Slip and Wilkeson Pointe, will be handled by Turner Construction Co.
The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. approved an extension of Turner's contract as construction manager during a June 6 meeting.
“It made sense to re-up with Turner,” said Steve Ranalli, ECHDC president.
