BUFFALO, N.Y. — The first three stories of the Statler City building are getting an exterior facelift.
Courtesy of a privately financed investment by The building's owner, Buffalo developer/restaurateur Mark Croce, is spending $3 million on the project. Crews have started work on a series of exterior renovations to the 18-story structure on Niagara Square.
Croce says the work, designed by Kideney Architects, is a direct nod to the Statler’s architectural legacy. Work includes restoring windows and terra cotta features, along with replacing an age-worn revolving door facing Delaware Avenue. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
