BUFFALO, N.Y. — Add another lawsuit to the bunch that have gone after various New York State entities over COVID pandemic regulations.
Sportsmen’s Tavern, the live music venue and bar in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood, recently filed a lawsuit versus the New York State Liquor Authority on Aug. 24 in Erie County Supreme Court.
Sportsmen’s Tavern owner Dwane Hall, in the complaint, said that he has been told by the liquor authority he cannot advertise for musical acts or sell tickets until state mandates put in place to slow the spread of Covid-19 are lifted.
