BUFFALO, N.Y. — Pegula Sports and Entertainment will sell (716) Food and Sport restaurant operations to one of the region’s first and largest craft brewers.
Southern Tier Brewing Co. is expected to be named the new owner and operator of (716) Food and Sport, taking over from Pegula Sports and Entertainment.
Phin DeMink, Southern Tier founder, said a “formal announcement will be made Tuesday (March 2)” but declined further comment.
