BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new supermarket is coming to the site of a long-vacant grocery store on Buffalo's East Side.
Co-owner Mehfuzur Rahman said the new store at 881 Broadway will cater to Buffalo's large and growing South Asian population, particularly its Bangladeshi population.
Real estate broker Joseph Farrauto, of Hunt Commercial Real Estate, said he's been working with property owner 1105 Group Property Management LLC to bring a grocery store to the site.
