BUFFALO, N.Y. — The migration of technology companies into Seneca One Tower continues with PCI Associates Inc. moving into the 38-story building this summer.
PCI will lease more than 11,000 square feet on the tower's 30th floor, Mark Gaulin, PCI president, said. The growth of his 40-year-old cloud computing and IT firm was the driving force behind the move. PCI considered 15 Buffalo locations, mostly downtown.
"Just to be part of that eco-system Douglas Jemal is creating in the tower was a big motivating factor. His vision and enthusiasm for the tower cemented it for us," Gaulin said. "The stars really aligned." You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
