NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Seneca Gaming Corp. will launch two new food and drink options at its properties in Salamanca and Niagara Falls this summer.
The first comes in mid-July, when The Bear Claw opens at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls on the first floor concourse in space that previously held a Tim Hortons franchise. It’s the 10th food and drink option at the 4th Street property, the busiest of the company’s three casino sites.
In addition to coffee drinks, The Bear Claw coffee shop will feature sandwiches, rolls and baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, all supplied by local vendors, including Paula’s Donuts. Other menu items will include oat bowls, fresh salads, snacks and sweet treats.
