BUFFALO, N.Y. — Six months after hitting the real estate market, Nietzsche’s appears to have found a buyer.
The live music venue/bar at 248 Allen St. was listed in January for $650,000, with owner Joseph Rubino saying he hoped to sell both the business and the building.
According to a waiver filed by Nietzsche’s Cooperative dba Nietzsche’s with the City of Buffalo, tied to plans for a liquor license application, a group of five people is buying the business: Dana Scott, David Arakelian Jr., Andrew Torres, Kelly Weber and John Weber.
