TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — An investment group led by the owner of Saigon Bangkok restaurant has purchased a fully leased Town of Tonawanda plaza.
Saigon Bangkok founder Phat (Patrick) Troung and Mytrinah Tran acquired the 7,831-square-foot shopping center at 2889 Sheridan Drive for $690,000, according to July 28 filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The plaza had been owned by Amherst investment group Elvis Bug LLC.
“They were looking for a suburban investment property and this plaza came up,” said Gary DeCarlo from CRE Global LLC who brokered the deal with co-worker Andrea Brozyna. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
