CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — A Rochester development group is planning a mixed-use project on the site of the former Polish Villa II restaurant on Harlem Road, according to documents filed with the Town of Cheektowaga.

Taylor, the Builders plans to build a five-story building with 3,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor and an estimated 93 apartments on the upper floors.

The project would involve demolishing the restaurant and a smaller commercial building next door.
