After spending more than a year building the first phase of the $12 million Lancaster Village Square project, developer Tom Sweeney said he expects to have tenants by mid-spring.
The first phase includes 18 market-rate apartments and retailers such as 716 Athletics, Gabriel’s Bakery, Bathe Shop, West Main Jewelry and Symposium Wine Bar.
Sweeney said he was pleasantly surprised by the strong response for the apartments and retail space.
