EDEN, N.Y. — Rising costs have put the final nail in the coffin of yet another independent restaurant.

Pilot Light Pub announced Wednesday it will close its doors at 8557 N. Main St. in Eden this month, with May 21 as its last day of service.

Owner/chef Andrew Felschow opened the restaurant and bar in 2021, offering food made from scratch, cocktails and craft beer. The menu includes standard pub fare such as beef on weck and wings, as well as parmesan Brussels sprouts, whiskey BBQ cauliflower and homemade peanut butter pie.
