Praise for the next Larkin District developments among Buffalo planners is strong yet one will need a bit more time to advance.
The Buffalo Planning Board approved the construction of neighboring buildings at 864 Seneca Street and 872 Seneca Street, with the larger one at 872 Seneca Street being anchored by a Paula’s Donuts location. Retail is planned for both buildings with apartments proposed for the second floor.
The board had to delay its vote on the Millrace Commons’ two five-story buildings will be connected by one-street breezeway. One building will house 70 market-rate apartments and the second will include 50,000-square-feet of Class A office. Combined the buildings will have 140,000-square-feet. Amenities will include an outdoor pool, grills and fire pits. You can read the full article on Buffalo Business First's website.
