BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the first time in several years, apparel retailer Old Navy is returning to a stretch of Transit Road that cuts between Amherst and Clarence.
Old Navy has signed a long-term lease to occupy 15,000-square-feet in Benderson Development’s Eastgate Plaza. Old Navy is taking over a store that is currently occupied by Dollar Tree.
As part of the deal, Dollar Tree is staying in the 700,000-square-foot Transit Road shopping center but moving to a new 10,000-square-foot out parcel that’s due to be completed this summer. You can read the full article on Buffalo Business First's website.
