Northtown Automotive Group takes over Buffalo Roadhouse Grill property

Buffalo Roadhouse Grill, which opened in 2009, closed in December, a victim of the pandemic.

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. — Last year’s closing of the Buffalo Roadhouse Grill created an opportunity for the Northtown Automotive Group.

Northtown filed a site plan review with the Town of Tonawanda Planning Board to take over the former Buffalo Roadhouse Grill property at 1980 Niagara Falls Blvd. to use for storing new vehicles from its nearby Chrysler, Jeep, Fiat and Dodge dealerships. Approval is expected next month.

Planning board documents indicate Northtown will lease the nearly 2-acre parcel with an option to purchase at a still-to-be determined later date. Sale price is subject to negotiation.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
