AMHERST, N.Y. — The prospect of tapping into the federal Opportunity Zone tax credit program has piqued the interest of developer Nick Sinatra in purchasing the Boulevard Mall.
Sinatra confirmed that he expects to bid on the financially struggling Amherst shopping center.
