BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ellicott Development plans to begin construction later this year on a 90,000-square-foot spec warehouse.
The $7.1 million project, approved by the Buffalo Planning Board, is set for a vacant parcel at 246 Dingens Street, leading into James E. Casey Drive.
Originally proposed three years ago as a 100,000-square-foot project, Ellicott Development scaled it back by 10 percent when it revised plans for the building, said Tom Fox, Ellicott director of development. You can read more on Buffalo Business First's website.
