BUFFALO, N.Y. — Look for Germany-based supermarket chain Aldi to bring more curbside pickup options to Western New York stores within the next few months, if not sooner than that.
The supermarket chain is also scouting locations for additional outlets, and it may add to its roster of 17 Western New York stores.
Aldi has announced a plan to add curbside pickup to 500 stores on top of the 600 locations that already provide the service. Aldi, like many retailers, began offering curbside pickup last year because of Covid-19 pandemic-related concerns from shoppers.
