ELMA, N.Y. — Moog Inc. is planning a $76 million expansion at its Elma campus to provide additional machining space and capabilities for its aircraft group.

The application, which seeks up to $2 million in tax incentives, states that 80% of the building would be used as a machine shop for military aerospace components, and the rest would be office space for engineering and administrative work.
