CLARENCE, N.Y. — A popular Buffalo burger joint announced plans for a highly anticipated second location.
Mister Sizzle's, whose only location for now is at 346 Connecticut St. on the city's West Side, said Thursday on social media that it will open a second location in 2024 in Clarence, at 6409 Transit Road, north of Transit Valley Country Club.
"Expect the same drool-worthy food and great service. We can’t wait to dine with you there," the business said on its website.
Owners Casey and Chris Casas opened Mister Sizzle's in May of 2021, and it quickly became a become a destination for people who craved chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, fries, and shakes.
"We want to create a brand," chef Jason Ramos told 2 On Your Side in May of 2022. "We want to create an image. We want to create something with the same notoriety that a Paula's Donut has when you come to the city.
"People see that, and they go, 'Where can I get a good donut?' And they go, 'Well, you got to go to Paula's.' We want that same kind of image for Mister Sizzle's."
