Mark Croce's estate puts three downtown buildings up for sale

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Three downtown Buffalo buildings owned by Mark Croce's estate have been put on the market.

• The six-story, 48,510-square-foot Saturn Building at 505 Pearl St. The building has a $1.3 million asking price.

• A mixed-use building at 333 Franklin St. that housed the former Buffalo Proper restaurant. The estate is asking $725,000 for the circa-1936, 5,076-square-foot building.

• The former St. Paul's & St. Mark's United Church of Christ at 187 Niagara St., which has a $675,000 asking price for the 33-year-old, 8,327-square-foot building.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
