BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Hyatt Regency Buffalo hotel can remain branded under the Hyatt flag for now.
A temporary restraining order, issued May 29 by New York State Supreme Court Justice Emilio Colaiacovo, prevented Hyatt Corp. from pulling the brand from the downtown Buffalo hotel.
The restraining order was sought by Snyder Corp., which has owned and operated the 396-room hotel since it opened in 1984. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
