BUFFALO, N.Y. — John W. Danforth Co. has sold six of its Upstate properties, including three in the Buffalo area, to a Rochester-based real estate investment trust.
All told, Danforth sold three suburban Buffalo properties, along with two in the Rochester suburb of Victor and one in the Albany suburb of Clifton Park, to Danforth NY LLC for $30.5 million. Combined, the six properties total 278,000 square feet.
The Buffalo area properties sold for slightly more than $12 million.
