BUFFALO, N.Y. — Iskalo Development Co. has emerged as the likely buyer for the Walker Center shopping plaza in Williamsville.
Multiple real estate sources have confirmed that Iskalo is finalizing a deal with Advantage Co. founder Anthony Ragusa to buy the 73,442-square-foot Main Street shopping center. Terms are being negotiated. A bid memo in August and obtained by Buffalo Business First stated that Ragusa was seeking at least $23 million for the Walker Center.
At least two other development interests made an offer for the Walker Center, sources said. The other two bidders were not identified, though sources said at least one was a local investment group. You can read more on Buffalo Business First's website.
