Home Today/Home Décor plans to close its Eastern Hills spot by mid-January and the Fashion Outlets shop by early February. Liquidation sales have already begun, according to owner TJ Miller.
He listed plummeting sales as one of the main reasons he’s closing his stores, along with labor shortages and supply chain issues. At the Eastern Hills shop, the closing is a direct response of the dispute between the mall and the BFLO Store, he said: Sales there have declined by 75% since the BFLO Store left this past summer.
