BUFFALO, N.Y. — A group of investors that includes two Buffalo expats has purchased a historic building at 232 Allen St. in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood.
Brian Hillery and and his wife, Jessica Warning, are Buffalo natives now living in Washington, D.C, where Hillery co-owns a Bills backer bar with business partners Donagh Gilhooly and Karl Keane.
Hillery, Warning, Gilhooly and Keane, through their company 232 Allen Street LLC, purchased the three-story brick building in Allentown from John Shepard for $850,000.
