BUFFALO, N.Y. — After dealing with a 40% increase in construction costs and a delay in securing state brownfield tax breaks, developer Nick Sinatra said construction on his Heritage Pointe will start in early February.
Heritage Pointe will have 60 apartments in two buildings in Canalside. The buildings front Marine Drive and Main Street and are next to the Explore & More Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Children’s Museum.
All permits, tax breaks and incentives have been secured.
