LOCKPORT, N.Y. — After working with brokers for more than a year to sell their winery, the owners of Freedom Run Winery in Lockport have bumped up the asking price from $12 million to $13 million.
The 93-acre property is now for sale by owner, with Sean and Laura Jean Manning working with Zillow to market the property. But that’s temporary, they said, as they work to renew a listing with the same agent at a new broker.
“We’re keeping it out in the public without being on a winery-for-sale site,” she said. “We are entertaining a number of offers and we hope we’re close to a sale. But it is still on the market.”
