WEBSTER, N.Y. — A new fairlife production facility broke ground in the Western New York town of Webster, New York.
The $650 million dollar investment will bring 250 jobs to the area, and will be the largest dairy production facility in the northeast once construction is complete.
The Empire State Development is providing up to $21 million in assistance to the fairlife project through the Excelsior Jobs Tax Credit program. The New York State Power Authority will also provide low-cost power in exchange for job creation commitments.

We're proud to welcome The Coca-Cola Company and fairlife’s dairy production facility, which represents a $650 million investment in Monroe County,” Governor Hochul said. “Coming from a family of Irish dairy farmers, this is personal to me — and soon, it will be personal to thousands of Finger Lakes residents who will have access to jobs and economic opportunity. I'm committed to making strategic investments in New York’s agribusinesses to secure our place as one of the top dairy producers in the nation, create good manufacturing jobs, and move our state’s economy forward.”

fairlife, which is owned by Coca-Cola, produces dairy projects that are made through an "ultra-filtration" process removes lactose and sugar, which leaves behind more protein and calcium. They also produce Core Power® protein shakes and fairlife® Nutrition Plan®.
They hope to finish construction by late 2025.
