ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley has put his Orchard Park house up for sale for $1.5 million, 45% more than what he paid for the residence in May 2019.
The house at 3421 Angle Road went on the market Aug. 19, listed with Hunt Real Estate Corp.’s Carol Lee Rubeck.
According to filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office, Angle Road LLC, which lists Beasley as the sole member, bought the house in May 2019 from Buffalo native and former Major League Baseball infielder Dave Hollins. Angle Road LLC paid $1.03 million for the house, according to county clerk filings.
