A custom-designed house on the market for $3 million in Elma could set a residential sales record.
The 26-year-old house, located at 600 North Davis Road, is listed with Hunt Real Estate Corp.’s Amy Mayfield. The house is owned by Constance Constantine, according to Town of Elma records.
The record sales price for a single-family home in the area was set in 2020 when a house at 64 Meadow Road in Buffalo sold for $2.7 million.
