EAST AURORA, N.Y. — The sale of an East Aurora private residence marks the 32nd time this year an Erie County home has sold for more than $1 million.
Alexandria Ries and Rebecca Moline paid $1.38 million for a five-bedroom house onHamlin Ave., according to an Aug. 25 filing in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The house had been owned by Daniel and Laura Rifkin, according to county records.
The house sold for 6% more than the initial list price: It was listed by Gurney Becker & Bourne’s Kristan Andersen for $1.299 million, according to realtor.com.
