BUFFALO, N.Y. — If you think there are more people living downtown these days, you are correct.
A just-completed survey by Buffalo Place Inc. highlights the growth of downtown residential units including apartments and condominiums during the past two decades. The survey found that the number of people living in Buffalo’s hub increased 248 percent between 2000 and 2019.
