BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Planning Board spent 45 minutes on Aug. 9 approving three projects that collectively represent $50 million in private investment.
The special meeting was called to accommodate the projects – all of which had been previously vetted by the planning board – after they were reviewed on July 29 and backed by the Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals.
Work on all three projects is expected to begin this fall.
