BUFFALO, N.Y. — Developer Douglas Jemal has added the HSBC Atrium to his downtown Buffalo footprint.
According to documents filed Dec. 16 in the Erie County Clerk’s office, Jemals Atrium paid $9 million for the 32-year-old building at 95 Washington St., buying it from HSBC Bank USA NA. The 290,540-square-foot building has been largely vacant since the Covid-19 outbreak.
“I consider a very strategic location,” Jemal said.
