Developer gets six more months for Station Twelve work in Amherst with new permits

The new permits say that three building shells, which were already under construction, must be completed by Oct. 13.

AMHERST, N.Y. — Three unfinished structures at Station Twelve should be completed this year.

The Town of Amherst on April 13 issued new building permits for the site after WS Development Co. pledged to make progress on the stalled project. The developer’s previous permits expired earlier this year.
