BUFFALO, N.Y. — With New York state fine-tuning how it will handle the sale of recreational marijuana, the developer of a proposed $200 million cannabis plant in South Buffalo is ready to begin.
Zephyr Investments LLC, led by Brad Termini, filed documents with the Buffalo Planning Board to seek approval on the first phase of the complex in the Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park. The planning board will consider a site plan review Oct. 25.
“We are ready,” Termini said.
