BUFFALO, N.Y. — Computer Task Group sold its Delaware Avenue headquarters to a Colorado investment group. But the sale, whose deed was filed late yesterday in the Erie County Clerk’s Office, offers little insight into what will happen to the former Knox Mansion at 800 Delaware Avenue.
For CTG, it means the company will soon start a search for a new Buffalo headquarters, probably in the range of 25,000 square feet. John Laubacker, CTG's executive vice president, CFO and treasurer, said it "remains to be determined" where the new Buffalo headquarters will be located. Both downtown and suburban sites will be considered.
Computer Task Group (NASDSAQ:CTG) was paid $2.475 million for the 48,000-square-foot mansion-turned-corporate headquarters, with the buyer listed as Knox Mansion Condos LLC of Centennial, Colorado. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
