Closing reveals sale price, buyer of Cole Beasley's Orchard Park home

According to Oct. 17 filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office, Kenneth Hess and Megan Lewandowski paid $1.2 million for the house at 3421 Angle Road.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Former Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley has officially closed on the deal to sell his Orchard Park house, selling it for 16.3% more than what he paid for it three years ago.

According to Oct. 17 filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office, Kenneth Hess and Megan Lewandowski paid $1.2 million for the house at 3421 Angle Road, buying it from Angle Road LLC, whose sole member is listed as Beasley.

Beasley put the house on the market Aug. 19 for $1.5 million. Angle Road LLC paid $1.03 million when it closed on the house in May 2019.
