Clarence home is Erie County's 43rd to sell for more than $1 million

The deal was originally listed for $1.1 million, according to a Realtor.com posting.

CLARENCE, N.Y. — For the 43rd time since Jan. 1, an Erie County home has sold more than $1 million.

In the latest transaction, Darren Paul Zimmerman and his wife, Jennifer Lynn Zimmerman, paid $1.05 million for a five-bedroom house at 6020 Wexford Manor, Clarence, according to Nov. 7 filings in the Erie County Clerk’s office. The house had been owned by Katrina Mikityansky.

Located in Clarence’s Waterford Estates and constructed in 2009, the house has 4,084 square feet and includes such amenities as five bathrooms, a workout room and a sauna.  You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website
