BUFFALO, N.Y. — One of Buffalo's iconic Italian restaurants may soon have a second location.
It was first reported by Buffalo Business First that Chef's owner Louis Billitier, Jr. is negotiating with the owner of the Williamsville Place plaza, located on Sheridan Drive in Amherst.
However, nothing has been finalized and talks are still continuing.
“The plaza has great demographics for us,” Billitier told Business First. “We’re talking, but nothing is close to being finalized.”
The proposed Amherst location would be a smaller version of the downtown Buffalo location.
