AMHERST, N.Y. — A new pizzeria is taking over where Zetti’s Pizza & Pasta closed in March.
Moz Pizza & Wingz has signed a lease with Benderson Development at 4621 Maple Road in Amherst, with plans to open in August.
The venture comes from Amie and Mo Patel, who are working with her uncle Mike Patel, the owner of Comfort Inn – University next door at 1 Flint Road.
“This is an opportunity to open in the area where there are not many restaurant options for guests,” Mike said.
