BUFFALO, N.Y. — When you think of Buffalo, chicken wings might come first to mind. But one national wing franchise is missing from the city's wing lineup. But not for long.
Wingstop is planning its first store at 2310 Delaware Ave. at Hertel Avenue.
Franchisees Lewis Carter and Howard O’Brien, who have opened three sites in the Rochester market over the past year, received a change of use permit from the City of Buffalo to convert the space for restaurant use, with $290,000 in renovation work planned.
