BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new legal weed dispensary could be coming to Gates Circle.
Adult-use cannabis company Secret Garden 716 has proposed a site at 1363 Delaware Ave., the building next to Hutch’s Restaurant on Gates Circle.
Janique Curry and her family, the owners of Secret Garden 716, got the green light from Buffalo’s planning board Monday, but they still need approval from the City Council and the state’s Office of Cannabis Management.
