BUFFALO, N.Y. — From luxury waterfront sites downtown to Niagara River views in Grand Island and North Tonawanda, Buffalo’s got options when it comes to waterfront residential properties.
Perhaps the wide range of options is why the local waterfront property market has had multiple hot spots over the last year.
“The market has gotten a little bit more robust, which is good,” said Susie Lenahan, a licensed real estate associate broker at M.J. Peterson Real Estate whose expertise includes waterfront properties. “In Buffalo, it keeps going along nice and steady. … There’s always going to be people buying at the waterfront.”
