BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new restaurant is in development downtown at the former 31 Club site.
Woods & Wine has signed a lease for the restaurant at 25-31 Johnson Park, which most recently had a brief tenure as Oscar’s Hollywood Arts Cafe and before that, operated for over a decade as 31 Club. The building was sold last February for $850,000 to Mandalore Properties LLC.
Woods & Wine comes from the team that previously operated Luxor Steak & Lobster in the University Heights neighborhood before closing for business in mid-October at the conclusion of its lease.
