BUFFALO, N.Y. — Recently, December notched two more residential property sales with price tags over $1 million. Both were in Clarence:
- Aaron Castlevetere has sold 4740 Goodrich Road for $1.2 million to Samantha Bonano of Amherst, according to Dec. 19 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office. The roughly 9.4-acre property includes a one-family residence that was built in 1997. The 3,670-square-foot home has four beds, 3.5 baths and a fireplace, based on Erie County real property information.
- Brownstone Homes SWFL LLC of Naples, Florida has sold 4545 Boncrest Drive West for $1.165 million to Aaron Kalin of Rocklin, California, according to Dec. 20 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office. The home is a single-family residence.
These sales bring December’s million-dollar home total to six, putting it almost on par with November’s seven sales. December has already surpassed September’s five home sales with price tags over $1 million and October’s four.
